God has good plans for you! 👏

11 For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29:11 Amplified Bible (AMP)

God has good plans for you! His desire is that you prosper, be in health and live in joy (3 John 2). God does not plan disaster or destruction for you – it’s the enemy who seeks to devour and destroy you (1 Peter 5:8). God is your good, loving heavenly Father who only has good planned for your life (John 10:10; James 1:17). The negative things that have happened in your life were not planned by God. He didn’t orchestrate them, nor did He allow them to happen to you. The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy – not God (John 10:10)! You can trust God. Yes, bad things happen and sometimes things do not work out as God desired or as we hoped for – for whatever reason, bad things sometimes happen, but we can be confident that the bad things that happen in our lives are never God’s doing. He is the answer to our suffering, not the cause of it. God’s will for your life doesn’t automatically happen – just because God wants you saved doesn’t mean you will be. Salvation is available to everyone, everywhere, but it must be received by faith (Titus 2:11; Ephesians 2:8). You have an enemy working against you, and sometimes you are even working against you with the bad decisions you make.

28 And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.
Romans 8:28 Amplified Bible (AMP)

We can all rest assured that God doesn’t cause all things in our lives, but for those who love God and are living according to His plan and purpose, God does cause all things to work together for our good. Everything in life doesn’t just mystically work out for everyone. Sometimes things just don’t work out because this promise in Romans 8:28 has conditions to it – it’s for those who love God (and not everyone loves God) and it’s for those called according to His purpose and plan, and as Romans 8:26 states, it’s for those who are interceding with the Holy Spirit to bring about change in negative situations by releasing God’s power in prayer.

God loves you and is deeply concerned about you – He is on your side (Romans 8:31); He’s fighting in your corner, for you. When you work with Him by living according to His plans and make intercession with the Holy Spirit, things will supernaturally work together for good! Knowing this, you can always boldly declare that it will work out for you – because God loves you, you love Him, and you are living according to His plan and purpose.
