Update on things, and an easy link for today’s podcast

Then, thank you to everyone who has sent me such kind messages encouraging me about the change to podcasts/ audio recordings. I appreciate it. In chatting to a few of you I realized that audio would exclude some people for a number of reasons and that both written and audio are the best way forward. 

With that in mind, I found a transcription service online (at a good rate!) and am offering the transcription with the audio. I trust that this has been a blessing to you?
